1) drink 8 glasses of water everyday
2) do yoga, exercise, cycling, walking, running. jogging, dance, ballet, gymnastics or any other forms of exercise for atleast 45 minutes everyday. (do these atleast one hour after you eat)
3) Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner.
4) Have dinner by 8 pm.
5) Take food in small proportions, don't starve youself, don't throw up intentionally to get rid of all the food u ate.
6) Eat grilled, boiled, lean food and avoid fried foods.
7) Avoid icecreams, chips, chocolates, candies, sodas (have them occassionally)
8 ) Don't sleep right after u eat.
9) Watch what you eat.
10) Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
